You release a vacant night. A member arrives at your published rate.
Three steps. You stay in control. If a cash guest appears, you keep the cash guest.
You release vacant nights
No obligation to fill the house. Dates, room types, and volume stay with you. If the room would have sold for cash, you keep it. IVC is last-seat, not a contracted allotment.
A member books at your published rate
Payment on the room is digital benefit vouchers — value members hold inside the club, covering up to 50% of a booking. There is no public promo code and no cheaper number on your site or an OTA.
The guest arrives as a normal guest
Restaurant, bar, spa, extras: cash. They already saved fiat on the stay, so they have more to spend in outlets that still had capacity. House rules are yours.
What stays with you
- Which dates, room types and how many nights you release
- Your published rate (BAR) — on your site and on the OTAs
- Cash guests first: if a cash booking appears, you keep it
- F&B, bar, spa and extras — paid in cash, as usual
- House rules
What this is not
Not a flash sale. Not an opaque dumped rate on a third-party site. Not a request to train your market downward. Not a replacement for cash guests. Not a membership the hotel has to sell.
Fifteen minutes. One sample week.
We walk one sample week of vacant nights with whoever owns occupancy — and stop there.
